The 'duh' was you coping and pasting the spell description which everyone who goes to BG/ZAm saw a week + ago because you didnt understand what was ment by the initial post. We are all well aware that 'erm' and 'duh' aren't the same word, but again that would be another 'duh' statement.

Recast is actually 1.30. I assume they had it low to test before adding it to the test server.
