    a lot of t2 spells should be added by now, aquaviel, stonskin, blink..

    actually... most of those should be t3 at or levels

    Well they did fix Aquaveil up, it scales up with enhancing magic. Plus what would a Tier II do that the Tier I doesn't. Definitely should have a tier II Blink / Stoneskin and Spikes buffs.
