I wish that were the case because atleast then i can blame myself and get over it. It isnt however. Im 100% sure i did not pass the sash, i passed a mercy kris once apon a time and from then on ive been very anal about paying attention when i lot stuff. Unfortunatley this was a game glich, one that im hoping can be remedied.

Noone reported anything like this problem, so I'll remain doubtfull of your 100% surity. You might THINK you lotted, when you actually passed. That could have been by your own hand, laggy interface, or something else entirely.

But I can tell you one thing: you will not get reimbursed for items not dropped. It has to be logged, and I doubt they log player lots/passes on items, only if they obtain or drop it.
