base is the base has to be understood as kick attack "1" in my previous post, then KA2 and 3 for 15% total.

Your pulling numbers out of your ass (probably repeating over repeated crap from alla with small sample). Noone has ever done a test with a high enough sample size for kick attack at 75 so yeah. The overall KA from trait right now is 10%(assumed)+5% from merits. Add to this 7 from kick legs = 22%. Add to this each piece of AF3+2 plus the bonus on the full set (5 total not 10). It makes it approximately 27%. I say approximately because the set bonus is not kick attacks, we don't know if the bonus only proc during a normal kick attack or is independant. And no it was not tested because a real test would imply nowing the base kick rate.
