How Do I Get In On The Test Servers?

I'm just hoping there's at least some requirements placed on people for getting onto the server. Maybe they could add a general information test with the application to join it, and ask basic fundamental game mechanic related questions.

this mainly but because we all know it will be random and anyone how knows anything about the game will not draw the winning number =/
