Lol, all he had to do was ask around/look it up on wiki or some other forum to learn about mnk Maat fight strategy. You know, kinda like the same thing those of us that beat Maat before level sync/smn burn/abyssea did. At least I did, not entirely sure about you and your 1/20 rdm Maat attempts though.

Before I begin, I was originally Yamimarik on seraph lvl 75BLU,RDM,SMN,DNC and my account got hacked, got it back last year around September of 2010 and logged onto it to find "Yamimarik" had been deleted, I cried nonetheless. So needless to say SE said "I'm sorry unless you can provide us with the exact time of which you're character was deleted we can not roll back your account to retrieve said character have a nice day!" so basically yeah I had to restart if I wanted to play again.

So coming back after a year break and having to restart I decided to lvl BLU first instead of RDM(ended up not lvling RDM anyways blargh!) and to my surprise I actually got decent pts between lvls 1-75 W/O Abyssea interfering in my life(Though it was a god sent when I did finally get to go in!) so my skills and such stayed capped for the most part, any who I was in a lvl 60+ Colibri camp/pt in Bhaflau thickets we had a decent set up for such camp PLD,Me(Blu)RNG/SAM,WAR/SAM(Polearm),DRG,RDM/WHM with a lvl 85 WHM PL(85 was the cap at the time of this party.) so the SAM/RNG(Nebulae for those on Bismarck) kept dying, he would constantly Meditate WS, Hasso WS, Food, WS anything to get hate and not getting behind the PLD or running out of range of cures WS, then die die die die die and go on a HUGE RANT how the PLD was not doing his Job!(PLD being my boyfriend at the time, he was getting really upset because he was afraid he sucked at PLD and I assured him that wasn't the problem in this party...) So I go on to tell the RNG(I'm party leader of this party) That if he wants to stop dying, stop being such a nub and just let the PL or RDM HEAL YOU and stop running the freaking opposite direction(I said it nice the 1st two times, 3rd time I got nasty...) So I did try to be polite, but manners were getting me no where, so finally after the DRG pulled(for god knows why he actually liked pulling so I let him since jerpjerpjerp RNG/SAM was QQ he would die if he pulled, RNG isn't a pulling job, leave him alone!) RNG WS, 2hrd, popped TP wing, WS, Meditated WS, died, all BEFORE my poor BF(the PLD) could even get w/ in range to voke,cure,flash etc.) before I could cure or anything, b4 the PL or RDM could do anything, and the DRG was like (Where did my mob go I was pul... oh the lulzy RNG died, I see now.) So he was all kinds of upset and flustered, screaming at me for not using some kind of useless BLU cure, or the PLD being garbage how his NIN and PLD could tank circles around him, yelling at the PL who just came to help us, yelling at the DRG and the WAR for sucking as DD and nv getting hate over him(he left the RDM alone surprisingly enough lol...) So the DRG switched to RDM to come help PL since the WHM PL left and we got 2 more DD's I was busy /telling the nub RNG b/c he started /telling my BF saying he should quit PLD, quit the game and give up on life and blah blah blah, so of course I got defensive, but started out polite for a quick and hopefully peaceful resolve, he said he was sorry and he didn't mean to lose his temper at anyone, so he left, came back and sent me a tell saying "I'm on BLM/WHM now I'll help PL." the pt didn't like the idea of him being there anymore because he was rude to the entire PT so I asked him kindly to leave, we already had a PL and it was ok ty anyways, he got SO mad at me and started healing us anyways, well we all put up /blockaid for a few pulls except my poor BF was still somewhat upset and didn't see the tell I sent him saying so, so he kept healing my BF until he pulled hate on one of our mobs, ran all the way to where the trolls are in Bhaflau and retraced himself before laughing in /sh "HAHAHAHA nubs! Thats what you get for letting me die on my epic RNG!" In conclusion boys and girls RNG/SAM awesome job for Colibiri yeah! Nebulae on RNG/SAM going mental on the entire party for god knows what purposes, OMG a headache and a lol at the end of the day. Modern day nubs, have to love them <3

Friend needed 2 seals to complete his BST legs. Was in middle of killing Flame Skimmer and we had gotten the trigger, suddenly he pops out into Valkurm.

"F**K!!!!!"

He forgot to add more time, and since he timed out, no last 2 seals for him.

Usualy I warp out before they drop thinking I already have them. Typically it's because some dumbass doesn't know what pass means.

One time we were killing the Scorpion NM you pop In Abyssea Altep and we proc Yellow... Then moments later our second mage procs yellow again and every one gets all upset because he just double proced and so then he procs a third time saying, "f you proc again it fixes it!" and we are like. "...No, it doesn't actually.. You just made it worse" and he replies with a

"Oh, my bad."

What a terrible RNG, at that level you should be nearly 1-shotting colibris, I was doing about 60-80% of the Colibri's HP/per Sidewinder.
