It would have to be limited somehow though- the idea is well thought out, but I still see this killing the usefulness of jugs. Maybe it could just be a personalized jug pet instead of a separate JA. That way you could could get a jug of this pet once a day or something, which would maintain balance very well.

Well, I updated the OP a few times. But i feel tying this Pet with our 2hour might be the best bet. It limits its use to 30minutes per 2hours (because its a very special pet), and it won't out-date Jugs that way. (well, Unless you're in abyssea getting 2hour chests).

But thats always why I suggest it have "Charges" on the jugs? like, for instance, when you receive your jug for the pet, it can only be used 3 times before you need to refill it with Brutus, thus even limiting it in Abyssea where you could get your 2hour recharged.

Those wouldn't need to be the only limitation, they're simply the only ones i can think of lol.

As for Opo-Opo... I'd prefer that to just be a real jug >_>, Would be nice.
