As I mentioned, nothing happened to my other account (yet), and the money was taken for it from my bank-account. :S
The other one was suspended due to the whateveritwas...
Me and my wife have 4 accounts between us and our 2 main accounts were billed fine with the old system, but BOTH our other chars got canceled with no warning, we tried to login to recieve the message "You have no valid content IDs" so clicked Membership and we HAD to transfer the accounts over before we could reactivate the char...

Whats funny tho is that they took their payment still for the month then deactived both accounts... on the debit card I had around £200 spare so that wasnt the issue.

So 2 accounts got billed fine with no trouble, 2 got canceled & Billed so I was forced to transfer to reactivate the chars again and billed AGAIN....

Really not impressed with this new system, also my bank (HSBC) flagged ClickNBuy for fraud so I coudln't use it untill i unlocked my debitcard with their fraud department.
