I would indeed, but that would actually be considered a commission job since it's outside of this FFXI realm. I have pretty fair rates though, so no worries about being price gouged ^^

Oh no, I misunderstood your question Alhanelem, sorry ^^' I assumed you were asking about just a random art piece outside of the use for these forums. If it's a signature request for these forums, then no, there's no issue with that. No charge for that.
