OP should probably post this in the bug forum. Doesn't seem like job forum threads get replied to by anyone that could fix this or tell us why it was changed (if it was intentional).

I don't think the BLU section has ever had a dev/mod post. They do ninja fix/change things tho, maybe they thought people wouldn't notice.
Pretty ridiculous considering the how taxing set point wise that trait is.
