    Considering that I have 0 tonberry hate, I think it is safe to say that for me, Ravager's Gorget > Rancor Collar.

    I don't plan on maxing out my hate for this either, because I'm sure that something a lot better will come out between 90-99 gear.

    Also, I have 4/5 WAR +2 for my TP set and the gorget will help a lot in trying to proc the set.

    Gorget doesn't impact set bonus, as far as i know, lol.

    Im sure he means, the more he double attacks, the more chance he has of the set bonus to proc.

    Set bonus is Augments Double Attack....

    Gorget has +2% Double Attack.....
