JPs are just skilled, think smart and are quick, even the best of players can use shit gear and be amazing. Yet really there is no point in using Magic Accuracy when Blue Magic Skill helps decrease resist rates of Magical Blue Magic. Idk just no point in beefing up Magic Accuracy when its already ridiculous.
