Increase the number of chests that can be up at once in abyssea

Sorry, i thought it was pretty obvious that the limit needs to be increased because the current limit is too low. Is there any other reason it would need to be increased?

Because stating a requirement without explaining WHY is a good way to achieve change .. oh, silly me, it's 'rog' making the demand, so it MUST be right, mustn't it.
