the bolts we have are fine, but make their effect scaleable, tied to a user stat, similar to how cure potency increases with Mind as an example. So as you level and your stats increase so do bolt effects, and you can gear to boost effects, too. However, ranger should have a job trait that makes their effects much greater for ranger than for other jobs; let's not kill ranger's utility.

There are a few status bolts I would like to see added, specifically a paralysis and a silence bolt.
