Camera and NPC Stuttering

You know what. Out of everything, I didn't not do a file check in pol and it worked. There was 1 file that gave me issues. Well at least you get to see Eugie break it down walking.

Thanks for everyone's assistance on the matter. Especially with how fast it was.

It was quite handy the OP posting that, because that kind of ruled out a graphics card issue and more than likely pointed it in the direction of a corrupted file.
