Camera and NPC Stuttering

Hello!

So I am new to FFXI and as I finally got in, I was greeted to NPC's and my Camera stuttering. I am not 100% sure what is the issue. If it's a graphics issue or if I need to repair the game perchance? I can't really find any information on this sort of problem so I was hoping if there has been anyone who had this problem before.

I made sure to attach a imgur link to the problem so you can see yourself.

Here are some specs:
- Windows 10.
- Default Player, not using any 3rd party.
- GPU: 3070.
- CPU: 7 3700x.
- RAM: 32GB DDR4.

The newer the hardware the worse an old game runs.

- Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card and sound drivers (if applicable).
- Please try running the game as an administrator.
- Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything.
- Please be sure to disable or remove any overlays (Discord, Steam, NVIDIA etc.) as they may interfere with startup.
- Try making in-game adjustments to graphical settings (adjusting resolution, etc.)

So I attempted that, and it doesn't seem to work. I've noticed that first person is totally fine, which I've been using to play for now. It's just when I go third person, it just freaks out.

Might sounds stupid, but have you got a wired mouse, or another mouse to try? Or maybe even unplug the one you have for now to see what happens.

Already tried that sadly with unplugging my mouse. This has to be like a painfully obvious fix, but this even stumps me.

Where are you seeing the camera stuttering when in 3rd person view, is it all the time or only when you're by structures, other objects?

It's weird to put it, but it's like 20% it's fine and like 80% of the other time it's not. It can be rotating the 3rd person camera, but it can also be completely still and it does it as well. I notice whenever NPC's walk especially, they will freak out like what I sent on Imgur. I wonder if it's framerate? I started a quest and the cutscene just had them walk away and they just kept spinning in all directions.

What on earth. Looks like Eugie has had one coffee too many..

Personally, I would uninstall the game (via add/remove in Windows) and then remove the game folders, or any trace of files that are left.

Be sure to back up your macros first in the Main menu, save to server option.

Did you perform a file check to check pol and ffxi files in check files under add member in pol?
