Is it safe for me to assume that The Expelled is no longer around, and has become Deemed Inappropriate?

I've also added a Link to FC's recruitment threads, this way any player looking for a guild will be able to quickly find links to the guilds recruitment threads. It would be extremely nice if we could consolidate as much information as possible in to one thread so we aren't constantly in a bump war to obtain the top forum slot. I don't want this thread to be about stroking our epeens, but more as a way for players to easily, and efficiently find the right FC for them.
