Can you macro in the use of an item?

also slightly related, I would love to be able to feed other people and have a macro to do it.

would make my cooking class significantly more valuable, i dont understand why i cant feed others.

If you wiped out someone's food effect from their apple juice that they just drank (for instance) they might not be best pleased.
