I don't have the macro handy, but you can in fact have a macro that, for example, says: "use Potion of [STAT], wait [2 seconds], activate Limit Break." With appropriate /echo lines.

I'm looking for more of a macro that upon clicking will use the item itself without my intervention / personal clicking. Though this would work as a back up.

Can't check, dead PC. type / then press Tab and it'll list all the / commands in auto-translate, if there is a /item then you can use /item (type /?item for the command syntax).
