Heavy Swing, Maim, Storm's Eye
Unchained, Infuriate
Berserk, Internal Release
Mega-Potion of Strength

Now.... you'll have about 12 seconds before you start losing Buffs. that 12s/2.5= 6 HITS (Make them count )
You could out the gate go for Inner Beast, hope for a critical; or play it safe for more dmg over time and do one of your regular cycles.
I've hit the first Boss & last Boss in Wanderer's Palace for over 1100 dmg each with Inner Beast--and yes I got 3000+ Heal bk
