Just FYI doesn't say 2.1 on Minagawa-san's post or my translation. So it could still be the previously stated 'post' 2.1. Not sure if the previous translation (above Minagawa-san's post) showing 2.1 made it look like that post is also for 2.1, if that's the case, I apologize.
Only got 1000 text limit with 20? posts a day limit so I put all the dev/rep posts in one post and I try to make the titles in red to know it's individual posts with links to the original dev/rep posts.

Hope they don't go too nuts with the "restrictions" they spoke of. The way they have handled dye restrictions makes me worry they'll do something stupid like restrict to green quality or higher only. Or worse.

I can live with that, hope your right. Just hoping white quality tier gear its locked out. There's some nice parts to work with that aren't found in the higher quality sets. Hopefully combat classes can mix in at least non-AF crafting gear too. Lots of good "street clothes" parts there to work with.
