Yeah this same thing happened to a friend of mine and it took almost 2 weeks for SE to fix it. You have to submit a ticket and hope they get to it sooner rather than later.![]()

I haven't read every single post, but from what I can gather when you contact SE about it they *may* move your collector edition items over (it seems rather hit and miss), but not the 30 days. Each service account can only have 1 Windows game or 1 PS3 game registered. You an have 1 of both (so that'll give you a total of 60 free days), but not 2 Windows accounts etc. The 30 days are only for use with completely new accounts, the exception being if you add PS3 service to an existing Windows service.
