    So here I sit, trying to subscribe with the very same card that I used to buy the game with no issue.

    Error 601.

    I assume it's because I live in Germany but keep all of my bank affairs in my home country of Denmark.

    Should I just give up on playing FF14 ever again, or is this problem actually being fixed on a per-account basis?

    This means that Square-Enix happily took my money for the game itself, but now that it comes time to subscribing and actually getting my money's worth (because let's face it, the first month in an MMO is learning how it works), they flip me the bird.

    Well SCREW YOU GUYS. This is nothing short of fraud. Either my money is good enough or not, this half-and-half is just pathetic.
