Make quests repeatable.

Daily Quests is planned for 2.1 release.

Guildleves arent worth doing more than once. Levequests are never worth doing. So yes we need repeatable quests, or a redesign of leves to make them worth it.

You do understand this is "MMO" RPG right? You don't instantly get everything that day... it's played over long time/years. Making the game too easy would lead to having devs adjust the overall cost of the economy/NPC and you're still going to end up with the same dilema. They are going to give more options available in the future, the game (ARR) has only been out little under a month still.
