Delays and what not

I was just stating i know the harsh difficulties your facing, even tho from different circumstances.

My experience from the stop and go game stuttering was from my antivirus in live protection mode with one particular game. Was hoping perhapse that may have been your issue but it seems not so. Another way to test if its your end, is to do a selective start up to find anything related to the cause. Annoying to do and i dont like doing that while connected to the internet. Does your benchmark stutter too by chance? Or the cinematic cutscenes?

No, my benchmark doesn't stutter at all.
The cinematic cutscenes are as smooth as butter.
I just killed Titan, all my settings were on the lowest possible, all my effects turned off.
My internet connection was steady 24.2/MBs, my hardware has not got any problems. (My ISP does NOT throttle, I've called multiple times during lagging in the game making sure it's not my ISP - and its not.)
Those delays are kind of annoying and very game breaking. As you can see above my RIG is pretty decent, more than enough to play the game fluently.

What do you mean with starting a selective start up and finding what's the cause - mind taking me through it?

A little update on what I've tried so far:

- Disabeling my Norting Antivirus completly.
- Playing on the lowest graphics possible. Still had delays during Titan/Garuda - Just like I'd run on Maximum grpahics
- Calling my ISP asking about throtteling - negative reply. I've got a steady 24MBs connection.
- Only launched FF:XIV without running any other programms in the background.
- Disabled my Firewall to see if that could be the cause.
- Checked if my RIG meets the requierements: It's completly fine.
- Ran Benchmark Tests with the resulsts being: Standard 25458 Rating | High 22831 Rating | Maximum 20745 Rating

I'm starting to think that the problem ain't from my side, but from the servers that SE has.

I will put more information regarding this into here, seeing as SE doesn't give a f..fluffy marshmellow about this, all I can do is provide more info and pray someone will read it and maybe a reply will help me sorting this out. Who knows, world might end and even an SE mod or something answers and says "Hey, we've seen the threads, we're on it."

As of today new methods tried out to run the game properly:
- Used my fathers work PC to play the game (Worth around 4 times mine PC wich was around 3k, he is a 3D animateur) - Same problems. Delays on bloody Garuda HM and Titan HM
- Called my ISP - Telekom, for the FOURTH time this week, making sure they do NOT throttle, they don't.
- Tried various graphic changes ingame aswell as out of the game on my GPU
- Re-Installed the game
- Used a little PING enhancer - didn't do shit all. Guide to it was splendid though, helped on other games too.
- I'm out of ideas on what to do..
