Game mechanics : avoiding AoE for healers (casters)

I mainly don't see the mob castbar since I don't target it

Do you play with mouse/kb? if so perhaps u can try making a macro for cure 1-2 etc as follows: /ac Cure <mo> This will allow u to keep boss targeted and watch his casts aswell as mouse over in party window or character ingame for heals/esuna etc. i myself do this and find it very helpful. If you play on controller then ignore my suggestion.

Moving party window down nearer the action bars along with boss hp/cast bars also helps to keep an eye on any AOE thats about to occur under you. Hope this helps a little and goodluck
