Ill just restate an important point. The idea is to start billing once the game IS ACTUALLY READY as opposed to doing it to make it APPEAR READY.

Just because the game is not ready for billing right now does not mean you wait to address the issue. That would be the worst thing to do, hell even a were working on a internal system comment would suffice right now. If this game goes live with C&B as the primary billing provider I will not be playing this game past that point. I know others who feel the same way. This thread isn't about being billed it is about the company they have doing said billing and there rather downright unethical business practices.
