I hope this gives some of you some hope.

I tried all forms of payment, paypal, Ultimate gamer points, credit cards (multiple). Everything was rejected, and I got a 401 error several times saying that if Multiple attempts were denied it may put a hold on my account. I contacted support and they told me to check my billing info and to wait 24 hours. I went to my credit card website and checked my address to make sure the credit card and the ff14 account were the same, they weren't so i updated it my ff14 account information (they must be using this as the billing address for the card you're using) . I waited a full 24 hours and tried my credit card again and It was accepted and I received a confirmation email. Success! Don't make any form of payment attempt for a full 24 hours to increase your chances of success.


If you're overseas try asking your parents to enter your credit card info for you. I don't know if that breaks ToS. Proceed at your own digression.
