If those of you experiencing this issue are living abroad and have registered your account for your home country/bank country and you are getting these errors and have checked with your banks to verify that there are no issues on their end. Here is how to fix it:
Step 1- Get a v.p.n that has a server in the country your account is registered to (i used the same state so im not sure if the global collect IP check is that intense)
Step 2- Login to mog station with this vpn and register your credit card
Step 3- log out and never look back.
If you ever have to update information always use your VPN so you avoid the 30 day account lock that comes with a failed attempt. Unfortunately SE support doesn't know how to fix this issue and will instruct you to try ultimate pay or crysta, both of which use the same IP validation to identify the buyers location in relation to the financial institution's registered region. I'm sure SE will work this out in time but for now this will be your best bet. I got locked out on my account so i bought a new game, made a new account(the information to register was the exact same), and tested this method and it works. Hope this helps you guys that are suffering out there and fuming at the disrespectful support guys who feed you the same "well if that doesn't work i guess you're out of luck" line.
