Beast master but nothing like it was in ffxi. It could have whip and not charm mobs. Instead have pets u could equip Similar to wows hunter class. The beastmaster wouldn't attack directly and would do little to no damage at all to enemies. Instead you control your pets every move through commands. The beastmaster would whip their whips after each command or let out whistles or calls. All the pets abilities would be on the action bar and would differ depending on each pet making the class a hybrid class for it could perform many different roles in a group. Beast masters gear would directly effect the pets stats so the pets can keep up with other classes

SAM style class please....Archer up to 50... but sadly nothing else appeals to me in game right now

How about a DoH job of a trapper that catches beasts for beastmasters? Or skins/whatever them after they are caught.
