Over the past 10 days I have sent in 3 different customer service tickets to try and fix an error on my part. I accidentally put my registration code on the wrong service account. The most recent ticket was today, but the other two I got automated responses saying it would be fixed in 2 business days. Except after I got those I never got another e-mail and my problem still isn't fixed. The second and third tickets I went over carefully making sure there were no mistakes that might lead to them being unable to fix this and I don't know how to go about contacting them or getting this fixed other than through the tech support I have been using and it clearly is not working. Help please? I am at a loss for what I can do.
