Strangely odd disconnects

I have been randomly and suddenly experiencing a type of odd disconnect glitch thing where the game seems to only half disconnect me from the server. I have provided video footage of what is going on. I can still see and move my character on my end but for anyone else I am standing still in the area I was at the moment of the 'disconnect'.

I have not heard of anybody else having this issue. And have found no way to resolve it so far. I appreciate anything that might help thank you!

Although you may not be laggy, I have a feeling that when R = 0 this sort of thing happens. Initially I thought it was because I was on a JP server and not a closer NA/EU server, but have been told it is also affects NA/EU side.

Thank you for the link to the thread I could not find it on my own, and thank you for the quick response. Although I'm not 100% sure that it is the exact same problem as I am having.
