leves of swiftperch

The quest itself is fine its the leve that you get from the npc in swiftperch that glitched instead of initiating it dropped the leve but on my map it still shows the orange circle but i dont have the leve anymore. The npc acts as though i still have the leve but its not in my journal. The simplest solution would be to just reset that quest on my character but it wont solve the whole issue over all.

ps: (totally just ranting)not to mention the response that i got from every other "support" means was "we can't do anything" seems a bit weird considering they have an "in game" tag as a header and they cant do anything about in game stuff besides id assume cheating/rmt.
