    Registered to wrong SE Acct

    I have been dealing with this since last week. I purchased the game prior to release and enjoyed leveling, but now I cannot access my account. Sadly, it registered a new account and I don't want to lose everything I did on my original character. Has anyone had this fixed for them yet? I'm so frustrated over this game right now. I put in a ticket and received an email saying it would be fixed within 2 days which was 4 days ago. I put in another ticket and same thing.
