Unable to log in with registration code

Hello all, so I started playing during the pre release and of course like everyone else I couldn't play much cause of the servers were full. but now I have a new issue....my account was registered with the 20-digit code and used the promo code I was emailed as well...all was fine until 2 days ago I tried to log in and I now have to register all over again but was not given a new code (old code invalid of course) I sent in a ticket and have been told there looking into my ticket will be notified up to 2 days....my question is if anyone has had this to happen to them as well and if there problem was fixed?

If you have two service accounts now because of that, or your account is inactive, all I can think of is "welcome to the club" http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...ervice-account

It's been quite the uphill battle. I've been on hold with customer support for 6+hours today and have spent a cumulative amount of time in the live chat waiting in a queue of 14 hours.

I've never spoken to anyone, still.

Yea pretty similar but I was able to play up till 2 days ago then its like my account got un registered

I only have one service account and it is showing up as inactive. I am on hold for SE customer support now. Good luck to you, I hope we geth through and they get our accounts fixed!
