It's been quite the uphill battle. I've been on hold with customer support for 6+hours today and have spent a cumulative amount of time in the live chat waiting in a queue of 14 hours.

I've never spoken to anyone, still.
I only have one service account and it is showing up as inactive. I am on hold for SE customer support now. Good luck to you, I hope we geth through and they get our accounts fixed!
