Suddenly, I feel worse about getting any response to my ticket in the time frame they had emailed me. What sucks is I don't have the time during the day to sit in queue for phone/chat support (since I heard it can be up to a 3 hour wait) to try and escalate the issue so it can be resolved in a timely fashion. I'm having the same issue, but I don't have the CE. I was thinking about upgrading to the digital version of it, but not at this rate.
