Collector Edition problem

Hi guys and girls.
I dont know where to look a help. I wrote emails to suport center and nothing happened, didnt recived an answer.
Maby you will have an solution.
From begining. I bought a collectors edition of FFXIV RR (PC) because there was 4 nice items.
I have put codes and what? nothing i didnt received items. I received a stupid hat and cat Any one of you know what to do or got same problem like me?

You put in the code for Early Access not the registration code for the actual CE of the game. You have to go to the moogle station, log in, and input your CE registration code.

I did put my code in there also, the problem I have is my collector edition code is coming up as a standard edition copy, Amazon says I have to talk to SE about it because the codes come from SE, not Amazon. Good luck getting a response, I put in my ticket over 48 hours ago to no avail and with the server issues, they are quite busy..
