    Pre-ordered CE (Hard Copy) and it registered as Standard??

    Hello all and umm lets get to the point...

    HELP!!

    both me and my friend pre-ordered the FFXIV: ARR (Collector's Edition (EU)) from one of the video game stores ( BTW i have not played the previous FF online game this is my first one).. we both installed and registered the games and used the 20 digit product code and the pre-order 18 digit code... She got the Collector's Edition on her Mog Station account page... and for some reason i got the Standard Edition ?! even tho we got the exact same product.. so the only thing i can think of that makes sense that maybe somehow there was a mix up before closing these boxes and they put the 20 digit code for standard edition in my Collector's Edition disc case.. ye impossible to happen? you dont know my bad luck it is very likely lol

    so i sent an E-Mail to the support team to upgrade it to CE.. and still waiting a reply..


    wonder if anyone else had the same problem ?

    I've got identical issue today. Used my code and got Standard Edition, and not CE. Send a ticket and waiting for response from support.

    thought Chat support is only available from Monday to Friday? think its not available on weekends

    i must say.. I'm glad that I'm not working for SE right now... bet they got so many tickets they don't have the time to even scratch their heads.... hang in there guys.. aaaaaaand still waiting for a reply ^^

    I've had the same issue since the launch day, Contacted SE support EU same day, 48 hours later i got a response saying that they closed my ticket because they hadn't been able to do anything about in that time and said I should file a new ticket, which i did yesterday. Still no word on the issue.
    And the EU support site doesn't have a Chat support option =/
    Not even a phone number to call.
