[dev1021] Behest now really needs a level range

np just had to point it out

basicaly what was said is they realize the problem, but the problem with putting in a simple "level check" is that people can change after they join too so more would need to be done to moniter that

also, what would the level range need to be.

id post any thoughts on it in the thread that had the dev tag cuz that threads being monitered
