Wrong Service Account - I'm FURIOUS

I logged in to play today, only to have the game tell me there was no registration code tied to my account and to restart the game. I restart the game, it asks for the code, I enter it, I log in, but there are no characters. I desperately search, but now there are two service accounts. It never even asked what service account to tie it to, it just created a new one! And then your support site tells me if I mistakenly did this to myself, it could take up to two weeks to correct?! So now I have to wait two weeks to play my characters?! If I have to wait two weeks without playing, why would I ever want to play this game? This is completely ridiculous.
