Character Help!!! (Please)

A friend of mine played the beta, had the pre order service and now has the full month service. He was playing with the pre order service and now he can't select his character anymore because the pre order service ended, is there a way to transfer the character from service 2 to the 3rd?

I have a similar issue. I played beta 4 into early access on ps3 and had an interesting issue logging in, once I finally got back my main and NA/EU servers not acquired error. Similar to beta errors for login. An alt I made on JP server Typhon is the only thing I have accessible. Can't tell if mine issue, or something more.

Was the final product code registered properly to the SE Account?

Early Access ended 8/29, must have the actual 20 digit product code registered now.

it is on PS3, he never needed the code... the game never asked for it

Should have still gotten a final product code. Several codes were released. 18 digit preorder, 20-digit Early Access, and 20 Digit Official release. Need to make sure that 3rd code is registered properly. Log into the SE AM system and check the services list and see what the Mog Station is reporting for Account Status.

Where is this 20 digit official release code found at? I already entered the early access code and was playing for early access. Now I can't log in and there doesn't appear to be an official release code / 2nd 20-digit code separate from the early access code. Are they supposed to send me another email? They haven't yet...

Go back to who you got it from and check your order status or downloads--it should come available there somehow.
