Ok I guess I'm just a bit confused... I don't know if the system is just disabled because they have bigger issues, or if I'm just not looking in the right place, but there doesn't seem to be an in game support option for anything other then Harrasment.

The other options make it clear that a response is not to be expected.

I had THIS issue, and submitted a few tickets in using the bug report and feedback option, never got a response. Have a thread on the Tech Support Forum, and the Bug Report Forum, nothing there either.

At this point just curious if anyone else has been sucessful getting in-game support. Here is my issue in case anyone has run into something close:
During the PLD job quest I ended up with a duplicate set of Gallant armor since my original set was in my armoire at the time, now I have 2 sets and no way to drop, discard, or get rid of the duplicate.


Time: Aug 25th 3 AM-ish
Frequency: once
World name: Excalibur
Character name: Krystan Windspirit
Class/Level: PLD/GLD lv 50
Party or solo: SOLO
In-game time: various
Area and coordinates: x:23 - y :11 / x:19 - y :17

Steps:
  1. Put current AF armor in armoire
  2. Get AF quest
  3. Collect AF
  4. End up with 2 sets that you have no use for
I have put in a few support tickets on this, never been contacted, really would like to see this addressed to see how to get rid of the duplicate set, I have no desire to lose the extra 5 inventory slots.

Anyway, I know they are probably overloaded right now, and at the moment this is a fairly minor issue, however the actual ticketing system in-game and support system in general leaves a little to be desired when it comes to the visability of the ticket submission, and knowing that your issue has been heard and is being addressed.
