Welcome to the club!I'm glad I am not the only one with this lag problem. Can't even do dungeons well as a healer because tank and DPS disappear from screen and have to spam medica to even cure anybody because I cannot even target them on party list. I thought it was on my end of the network since everybody else seems to playing just fine. Glad I saw this.
This is an ISP issue. I got the same problem.

In the meantime use a VPN to get around the problem. Works for me.
No, not really, unless that other person is infact using VPN. Also, did you play at the same time? ISPs usually only throttle traffic at certain times of the day. If you did play at the same time and only you had the problem, your problem is most likely something else.
I've only tried one VPN and that's Spotflux which fixed the issue for me. Of course VPN comes with its own stability problems, so while it made the game much more playable, it's not what I would call a permanent solution.
I tried 2 different VPNs, one being Spotflux, the other was proXPN. I still got 90k'd on both.
I want to give this a shot. Know of any free VPNs? I don't wanna pay for it on the chance that it may not be the problem. This is an ISP issue. I got the same problem.

I had the same problem today until I just gave up.
Yup I'm having these same problems. I posted in the other thread as well.
I also made a short YouTube video about it.
Hopefully this can get fixed as soon as possible.
Just a quick update that I forgot I could use my phone's 3G internet connection on my computer, so I switched to that and the problem is gone (obviously it's still a bit laggy but at least I can actually play.) Still, that means that the problem is tied to my main house internet connection somehow, despite the fact that someone else in the house is using that exact same connection and is playing fine.
I'm totally stumped on this one, but just because I can play now doesn't mean I'm giving up, either! I'd like to use my main internet connection since it's so much faster, so I'm going to keep bumping this thread whenever I can and look for more solutions.
Are you both connecting the same way. I mean, for example, is the other person directly connected to the router and you're wirelessly connected? Or perhaps your wireless card is not working at its best?
