Time: All the time, log in no charaters load, animations take 10-15 seconds to fire off after damage calculations go off. Rubber banding characters, mobs not loading, started after the 10 hours maint to increase the server populations for the first time. No issues on any other game or program online, just ARR.

- When does the problem occur (always, only during specific times?): Started lagging for me on Friday September 20th, 2013. Game lags in place for up to 10 seconds then everything catches up. I had a LITTLE of this before Friday but it was not as bad as now it was only lasting maybe 1 second so it did not really affect my gameplay. It just suddenly got a lot worse and is affecting my gameplay since Friday. Seems to be anytime.
