PC Collector edition registration not working?

Alright, not sure whats going on i heard we couldn't activate our CE till 4pm but it turns out that is for PS3 only, i purchased a physical CE instead of the Digital download, i am a 1.0 member. when i go to register my code on the Mog station it doesn't show a place for me to upgrade my account. i have 1 account only ever have. my characters don't show up (i'm not on a diff account like i said only have one it's the same one I've been logging into for the past few days) I've gone to "enter bonus code" it tells me the CE code is invalid, I've gone to add a new platform but thats for adding a PS3 copy of the game. my account right now is set to a Standard account, and the only thing it allows me to do is upgrade using a digital upgrade. option. i see no option to enter a registration code to update my account status. I've looked everywhere i refuse to click the "new service account" button, and can't figure this out. I've registered the product on my "members" account hoping that would open up an option to register my code like the others but it has not.

I have run out of ideas and need some help, anyone out there know what the hell is going on or has registered a CE code to a previous 1.0 account and might show me something i'm missing?

So they failed to mention this would happen, i guess i'll end up calling SE tonight.

i DID phone them and they said id get an email, well, here it is, im so angry right now
