    Did you buy CE? have standard account but cant use code? look at this:

    i did not digitally download my game, i purchased the physical form, i wanted everything it came with.
    so now i have to buy my game AGAIN, AGAIN!?
    just so i can upgrade my account, but wait, i paid for CE ALERADY!!

    you know what SE, im real tired of your Sh!t, can someone please fix this!

    Good grief. SQEX customer service and account management is run by complete morons. Any other company would have figured out these problems long ago and simplified this stupid process.

    Yep. I also suffered from this. Fantastic game. Worst launch in MMO history.

    agreed, when my friend phoned with her problem she was palmed off to someone who ruined her account, now she has a split account, CE on one service account and SE on another.

    im so angry right now, how can they expect me to pay out another £15, on top of the £42 i just spent on this game!?
    i refuse, this is bollox
    i played XI for 8 years, no issues ever, FFXIV is just grinding my gears

    So,I bought the CE an I was trying to activate my security token..I input my security token an then i clicked on the security token again an now i cant login in because my security token changed numbers..can anybody help?

    your token is supposed to change numbers each time you press it, its to stop hackers

    no when you log-in you use the number the token gives you, i cant remember exactly its been ages since i used one, but they work pretty much like that.
    maybe its bugged?

    You'll be fine, just enter whatever number it gives you. Each time you log in it will give you a different number, and you have to enter that one. It changes every time, and it's supposed to, to keep your account safe.

    SE is the worse company ever. So paid 50 dollars for early access...and now more money to just get collectors items when I already bought it.
