Good to know this isn't just me, I added my code as a new platform, didn't get a second service account, and my characters disappeared and I flipped out. I'll still wait on adding time though, since we get the free month.

Yup, mine showed no characters when I registered my standard edition and when I upgraded to collectors. All the items were in my mailbox anyway on my main char.

I'm having MASSIVE problems to register my credit card... maybe it has to do with the fact that my country on the SE account is listed as Brazil, but my Credit Card is from England (long story). Every time I try to register, it, I get an "error 601" message.

I was told there were OTHER methods to pay for your sub, but I can't seem to find them... can anyone help please?

My character showed up on the mogstation about 20 minutes ago. Subscription added, CE upgrade purchased. Everything shows correctly on the page now. Just need to get home and log (or try to) in to confirm.
