Beta Test Windows(R) means you played in beta, not that you had a 1.0

There was a post somewhere that listed all the different listings and what they meant.

do you have 2 tabs on your account a lot of us added a new service account instead of registering add windows service long thread on the forums about this issue http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...ervice-account

I solved the problem for me Chark. I had been entering the code manually but when I copied and pasted the code directly, i was able to register my collector's edition, so if you've been entering it manually maybe this will work for you as well

Well, I THOUGHT this had worked for me, BUT...their registration server is now down for maintenance. LAME.

Okay, the copy/paste (be sure you don't get any additional spaces copied) WORKED for me. Typing in the code in all caps myself did not.

I pre-ordered mine from AMAZON as well and am haviung the exact same problems as others here!, I got the pre-order code which allowed me to gain access to early access and have been playing the last couple days.

Amazon emailed me my download link along with activation code for the CE edition right at midnight on the 27th like they said, but when I try to enter the code at mogstation, it says "Invalid Code".

Been trying for hours, logging in and out of the game etc and still nothing. At mogstation it also says I have zero characters, yet I have one in the game.

I want my in-game CE items lol
