I see that too, i need to consolidate my service accounts. I'm guessing the support website is getting absolutely hammered.
Good luck doing that, I spoke to them yesterday and they told me it's not possible to merge the accounts. This really sucks, because I played my EA character on Service Account 1 and now my free trial is on Service Account 2? This whole account system is so ridiculous, why the different service accounts, why can't we just login and subscribe.
From what I could tell when I talked with a guy from Square he said that not to pay attention to the first one. That they were from the Beta tests.
